Delegate

During my PSP and DeSoto days, I put a lot of responsibility on myself to accomplish tasks, and although I accomplished a lot, the performance of my team depended on what I could do in a day. So my best recommendation is to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your team, their mission for being there, their future goals, and their limits, and to delegate tasks accordingly.
